What it is

A non-sticky, conditioning Eyebrow Primer designed to smooth brows, lock in color and enhances brow powder for fuller, defined brow. Unscented and suitable for all brow types. This product is cruelty free and paraben free.

How to use 

Apply a light dab of primer wax across brows before using brow powder. Smooth with spoolie for a polished, all-day finish.

Ingredients

Petrolatum, Mineral oil (Paraffinum Liquidum), Microcrystalline Wax (Cera Microcristallina), Beeswax (Cera Alba), Paraffin, Ozokerite, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate. May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (Cl 77891), Iron Oxides (Cl 77491; Cl 77492; Cl 77499).
