SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business day (Monday - Friday) using USPS advantage ground. Shipping fees up $21 applies to orders shipped to Canada.

Joy Lorraine Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs duties and/or fees determined by the Department of Finance Canada. Any and all fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

When your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you provided an email was submitted with your purchase.
