All online orders are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS or RETURNS are permitted. Please email us at info@joylorrainecosmetics.com for any items received that were damaged or incorrect items that you did not order. Proof of damaged or incorrect items must be photographed and submitted along with your email. Upon approval, a shipping label will be sent for you to return damaged or incorrect items to us. Upon receipt of damaged or incorrect items, replacement item(s) will be sent within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) by USPS ground advantage.

Joy Lorraine Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen packages shown as DELIVERED by the USPS. Joy Lorraine Cosmetics also is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was provided when the order was placed, and NO REFUNDS will be issued.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once it is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) by USPS ground advantage.
